What happens after I place my order online?
Our staff will email you within 1-2 working days to confirm your order, as well as arrange delivery and payment details.

Please do not make any payment before you receive our confirmation on the item availability.

Payment Terms
* Full payment is required upon confirmation of stock availability.   
* For purchases that are gift items, full payment is required upon confirmation of stock  availability.
*We only accept Direct Bank Transfer into our DBS current account or UOB account  (for Singapore customers). Please email us the details once you have made the transfer so that we can verify and arrange for delivery once payment is received.
*Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
*After payment is received, no refunds or cancellation of orders is allowed.

Delivery of orders
once your order is processed (subject to stock availability), our staff will arrange the delivery details with you. Your order(s) will be delivered between 1-3 days, subjected to availability of stock for the item. However, during peak periods, there might be a slight delay in delivery, but we will try to get the orders to you as soon as we can.

How much is the delivery charge?
We provide FREE shipping / delivery within Singapore for orders worth $150 or more.  Otherwise, a nominal flat fee of $8 is imposed for shipping / delivery as we need to pay for courier services.

What should I do if I receive a non-working product?
Customers are advised to check the condition of the items at the time of delivery and alert us on the spot if the product is not working. Do inform us via phone or email within two days. Do return us the product in its original packaging for a one to one exchange.
